London: Sidgwick & Jackson, 1910 two tone cloth with decorative title and pasted on colour vignette, spine is split along upper and lower joints and front hinge is split also, cover stays attached partially by the binding sewing, needs attention.top edge gilt, map end papers, foxing to prelims and the title page and tissue guard. fly leaf after the endpapers has an old ink inscription contains owners details as well as a list of three yachts the names and length and type these are the "Bluebird' 'Shadow' and ' Wanderer' probably New Zealand boats. rear hnge split. 218pp + colour frontis and fifty illustrations. a yacht trip from Burnham around the coast to Falmouth and back to Hamble. needs rebacking but still good condition.. First Edition. Decorative Cloth. Good/No Jacket. Illus. by Norman S Carr. 8vo - over 7? - 9? tall.
