Hardcover, orange cloth boards show some scuffing and soiling along with edge and corner bumps/wear. There is a small line on the spine, about 2 inches down from the word "Duncan". The internal binding is good, no hinge issues at boards. There is a bit of pulling at page 65 but otherwise binding is tight. The front pastedown contains the original owner's name and date in the opposite end page contains a presentation inscription from the pastor Nathaniel Thomas, in memory of three doctors who had recently passed away. This page also has remnants of wear a price was once penciled in the corner and then later erased.
