Publisher's maroon cloth with gilt spine lettering, faded a bit over the decades, octavo, pp. 281. Appealing religious bookstore ticket, contemporary with the publication, near bottom edge of rear pastedown. Shelf wear at spine ends. Previous owner name in pencil on free front endpaper. Front hinge just beginning to show signs of tenderness. Old offsetting on endpapers from what were once dust jacket flaps, but no dust jacket is present. Good condition, withal.
