Cambridge, MA: John Wilson and Son, 1901.. 1901.. Fair. - Octavo, softcover bound in printed light green wrappers. The binding is chipped with several tears & small pieces out & with the edges of the wraps darkened. There is a large piece out of the top corner of the front wrap with several adjacent tears repaired with scotch tape. 10 pages. The page edges are chipped with creasing to their top edges & their corners bumped. There are horizontal creases to the wraps & pages where the pamphlet has been folded. Fair. <p>First separate edition.<p>Reprinted from the Proceedings of the Massachusetts Historical Society, May, 1901.<p>Scarce.
