Bound in black boards with a white cloth spine stamped in gilt. Illustrated with b/w photographs. Unmarked. Binding is tight. The dust jacket has a small (1/2") closed tear to the front cover at the head of the spine, minor black ink stains to the head and heel of the spine, and some minor edge wear otherwise fine. The dj is in a Brodart protector.
