Two volumes in one. 8vo up to 9½" tall., xxi, 260pp + 359pp, notes, appendix, index; photo illustrated. Green cloth boards with gilt spine titles, beige endpapers. Contents are clean without markings, tears or folds and binding is tight and square; light outer edge dust soiling. Unclipped jacket has small closed tears and tiny corner chips.
