William R. Scott, 1937 15, 149 pp. with 7 tipped-in color plates - one pasted on front cover - printed by the artist and over 159 b/w plates by the "Chromatic Photo-engraving Company." Text and plate pages are toned and waterstained on the lower righthand corner throughout, but neither text nor plates are effected. Grey-green cloth boards are good but are also water-stained on bottom edge. Toned DJ with tipped-in stencil design and brown titles is toned with paper loss on upper edge. From a limited first edtion of 800, this copy comes with a 1979 letter of provenance. In protective mylar.. Dedicated By Author on Title Page. 1st Limited Edition of 800. Hardcover. Fair/Fair.
