Bound simply in white illustrated cloth over boards. 22 pp. and two plates plus a fine linocut title page vignette. Fine essay on golf and golf course architecture in the Glasgow, Scotland area beginning in the late 16th center, and being a reprint of Glasgow student James Arbuckle's 1721 poem "Glotta" dedicated thereto. Prospectus for the book laid in. Publisher's printed bookmark, too.Member, I.O.B.A., C.B.A., and adherent to the highest ethical standards.
