Washington:Government Printing Office, 1912. hard cover. Very Good/No jacket. Washington:Government Printing Office. 1912. xv+405pp. Hardcover. Green boards lightly soiled and shelfworn, with gilt on spine dulled and with a sticker to the upper left corner of front board, with a typed designation of Z 37. (Maybe where shelved?). Internally, a very good, clean copy, except for a blue check mark to upper outside edge of the 1st free end-page, and an occasional smudge or spot of age toning scattered throughout. The binding is tight with hinges intact.
