A few small light marks to covers & normal wear to extremities. From the Lincolnshire Library of the Fleet Authoress Jenny Paul with her name at top right corner of front cover & "Vol I" in her hand next to title. From the contents page "the wills contained in this book have been found in the course of investigating the land owners listed in the Fleet Terrier of 1731. This work continues but such wills as have been found so far are published in full as of possible general interest, together with three abstract of earlier wills.".
