With beautiful descriptions and historical accounts, this book serves as an comprehensive, educational, guide to the area. With the previous owner's ink inscription to the front free endpaper, dated 1933, and publisher's advertisements to the rear of the novel. In the original full cloth binding with gilt lettering to the spine. Externally, very smart with shelf wear to the edges and bumping to the spine. Ink inscription to the front free endpaper dated 1933. Light spotting to the rear paste-down and free endpaper. Internally, firmly bound. Pages bright and clean with just the odd spot and some light age-toning to the edges. Very Good

Based in the literary city of Bath, our offices are housed in the Eastern Dispensary. Built in 1845, the building originally existed as a charitable institution providing medical care. The building now houses our collection of over twenty thousand books and has five full time members of staff.
