About This Item
London: Hodder & Stoughton, 1918. First edition, first printing. Published by Hodder & Stoughton in London, 1918. This is a very good copy. Without the dust wrapper. The blue cloth-bound boards are generally clean to the front and rear panel, however the spine is sunned to the point of illegibility on the white title label. The front label is bright and crisp. The corners are sharp and the binding is tight. The internals are mostly clean but with some slight foxing in places. The text blocks are majorly foxed throughout. This copy is free from previous owners ink and is in very good condition. A small collection of one act plays.
Reviews
On Dec 5 2016, a reader said:
I inherited this book after my mother died (B. 1898), and just started to read it yesterday. I'm now 79. It's magic. Truly, magic. There are four short stories, all connected to The Great War.
