Minor wear, newspaper obituary of the author taped onto front endpaper, inked name on front pastedown, some pages have pencil underlining and few margin notes. 519 page genealogy work of Nicholas Edgecomb who landed at Richmond Island near Cape Elizabeth Maine in 1637, his wife who was descended from John Yates who came to Cape Cod in 1650, and family lines tracing back to several families that sailed to Plymouth in the "Mayflower" in 1620.
