Signed and dated 1892 by the author on front wrapper along with underlining marks in ink. Small stamped name of previous owner on front wrapper. Dr. Thrasher uses 8 case studies to document the effect of nasal obstructions on the voices of singers. Not located in OCLC. One vertical crease mark but overall very good.
