Pages 475 through 1063 with illustrations, maps, and index. All plates are present. Bound in the original USGS brown cloth with lettering and illustrations stamped in gilt. Blank bookplate on the front paste-down end page, and previous owner's stamps on several pages. Spine ends repaired. A very good copy.
