Author singed on the title page and also inscribed: "To Alma - A long time wonderful friend to all of us Hartmans!" . Alma S. Mueller has signed her name on the book's half title page. Included with the book is a 1983 Lancaster New Era newspaper clipping which highlighted the launching of this book at a Victorian High Tea at Wheatland (President Buchanan's residence) where tis book was bought and signed. Gilt lettering on blue covers in a blue pictorial dust jacket. 4to, 275pp. the dust jacket has a 1/2" closed tear on the top edge & the spine top edge is chipped.
