About This Item

anticat16. San Francisco: Foster & ten Bosch, [1911-12]. A stapled booklet in tan wrappers, front cover printed in dark brown. Two illustrations and three folding plates at the rear. Staples rusting, some figures in pencil on back cover, otherwise a nice copy. An early work on the electrical method of dehydrating petroleum, this booklet is basically an ad for the Petroleum Rectifying Co. of California, whose ads and fact sheets appear at the rear. A very scarce book. Not in WorldCat, and we cannot find another copy listed.
