About This Item
Elementary Hydrostatics by W. H. Besant.
Hardback, 1884, eleventh edition, published by Cambridge University Press.
Some signs of shelf-wear and slight tears at top of spine but in very good condition for its age; some rubbing rubbing to edges but cover generally showing only small signs of wear and raised writing and detail is very clear and attractive; bumped corners; binding reasonably firm; a couple of pages (the FFEP and Preface page) have hard corners torn away (see pictures) but pages are otherwise intact; some browning to page edges and a little foxing to pages at extremities of book, also a little writing on LFEP but page surfaces otherwise clean with no underling, marginalia, etc.; a rare volume.
