Hartford: Robinson & Pratt, 1834. Ninth Edition. Full Leather. Fair. 19 x 11.5 cm. 356pp. Index. Some engravings and chemical reaction formulas. Bound into full period leather, gilt spine lettering. Damp staining to the center of the first ~100 or so pages as well as to the top edges of the pages. Scattered foxing. Name on front free endpaper & title page. Rubbing to binding. Binding is still firm. Early chemistry textbook.
