First printing, this example is stated "number 718" on the last blank page, above the signatures of the author and architect. 154 pp., profusely illustrated, oversized hardcover. A Very Good copy with the original owner's bookplate and small stamp (a prominent Montreal archtiect who worked in the 40s). Sound copy wtih no sigificant wear. Minor soiling to beige cloth, some minor wrinkling to upper tips of last few leaves.
