Blue tinted top page edges. Volume One, 1977, The Growth of the Novelist, 1879-1914, 272pp; Volume Two, 1978: Polycrates Ring, 1914-1970. 348 pp. With b&w photos in plates in both volumes, and a map of India. Very Good in Very Good jackets. Clean and bright . Slight fading to blue of top edges. Nice bookplates to front free endpapers, and name.
