About This Item

Little Brown & Company, 1947. 1st Edition . Hardcover. Very Good/Good. 12mo - over 6¾ - 7¾" tall. Sandoz, Edouard. A charming little volume of urban naturalism from this Chicago author. Inscribed on front endpaper by the author to a friend -- signature is clear, penmanship on the message slightly less so. Very good in a good or slightly better (tanned, unclipped) jacket. Tear near the front gutter well concealed by Brodart. A few sightly bent page corners. Cover, frontis, and several charming three color illustrations by Edouard Sandoz. First edition stated.
