Very Good in Very Good DJ. 12th printing 1978 of the 1942 edition, very good + cloth hardcover shows light rubbing and soil at bottom cover edges, touch of soil at page edges and short gift inscription at front end paper, in near fine dust jacket (price at flap) that shows light exposure toning along spine. 299 pages. Still a pleasing copy of this "..study in the form of a story of English character and characteristics made by Donald Cameron, a young Scot from Aberdeenshire, who is inspired to write a book on the subject.
