First printing Near fine in blue cloth covered boards with gilt text and decorations stamped on the spine with light rubbing to the heel of the spine and with light shelf wear to the board edges. In a good+ dust jacket with a price clipped front flap and with 1/4" deep chips across the upper edge of the spine area with a 1/3" deep by 2" long chip at the lower edge of the front panel and a 2" closed tear to the rear panel. 256 pages including an index, text and with over 100 illustrations through-out.
