First American edition, near fine, oversized, oblong hardcover shows just a touch of shelf wear and previous owner blindstamp at bottom corner of half title page, in very good + price-clipped dust jacket that shows mild exposure toning along spine and spine and top edges of front panel, along with wear at bottom edge that includes couple of closed tears and some wrinkling. 240 pages very nicely illustrated. Remains an attractive copy of this work that highlights the richness and beauty of the English country house.
