Folio; rebacked in later tan calf lettered in gilt over marbled boards with quite worn corners and edges, and with new endpapers; [x]. 297 pages, followed by [29] pages of Index; with engraved title vignette, and many handsomely engraved head- and tailpieces and initials; signed variously by Jos. Grisoni, Vertue and J. Clark; with subscriber's list.~~Thomas Madox was the historiographer royal who was perhaps best known for his History of the Exchequer. This Firma Burgi was that last of his works printed in his lifetime; he died the year after its printing.~. Very Good binding.
