Lanston Monotype, London, 1928. Reissued, 1st thus. Hardcover. Very Good Condition/Slipcased. the original hardcover binding has offset tanning for all bar one inch near spine on both the front and rear panels. Untrimmed front edges, no other damage to describe. Although marbled slipcase shows signs of rubbing on the closed edges but is otherwise sound. It includes an appendix (pages 79-90). The book reprints the work as it appeared in the latter portion of the 2nd volume of the Works (1640) and the font used is modernised ( no f for "s" etc ) A very nice copy. First edition of the work in this format and binding, and/or set or series. Size: Small Hardcover. VI, [VII-VIII], 93, (1), folding type specimen tipped in, (2) pages in original blind stamped cream paper.. Please refer to accompanying picture (s). Quantity Available: 1.
