Spink & Son, 1980. Hardcover. Good. Published by Spink & Son, London, in 1980. Full title: English Hammered Coinage: Volume 1, Early Anglo-Saxon to Henry III, c. 600-700. Slightly cocked spine. Light green DJ has bumped corner tips, crimped and rubbed on top and bottom edges. DJ is faded and lightly dirty. Brown boards have bumped corner tips, and a small scratch a 1/4 inch in length at bottom of front board. Inside the book is tucked a loose single printed sheet, folded in the middle, with additional valuations of coins. Original to book, but inserted after printing and binding. A penciled in price of previous bookseller has been erased from top corner of FFE. Book falls open between 4th and 5th binding segments.
