Octavo/8vo, measures around 8 1/8" by 5 15/8" by 7/8". Patterned dust jacket which is price-clipped, displays some marking, scuffing and some tattering, with chipping. Red patterned cloth binding, gilt lettering to front board and spine, clean though with signs of shelf-wear and tearing at top of rear board. Binding firm. Page edges a little foxed and slightly browned but reasonably clean. Gift inscription to front free endpaper, light foxing to endpapers but otherwise page surfaces very clean, no underlining, marginalia, etc. See pictures for further information.
