Illustrated endpapers  being an Art Nouveau design in pale green. Orange coloured boards with self embossed publisher's logo to the front panel and black coloured titles to the back strip. Dark blue coloured tint to the top textblock edge. A small book on coach travel in the 19th century along with other essays. Softening of the back strip edges along with some fading and bumping to the book corners. Fading and staining to the book panels and the hinges are somewhat "sprung". Browning to the text block edges along with staining and age toning of the pages. Some marks to the endpapers. Previous owners name and date to the top edge of the half title page and original bookseller's rubber stamp to the lower edge of the same page. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. 339, [1] pages,.
