Progress Publishers, Moscow, 1964. Good. 8vo, pp. 151 (1). Brown leatherette boards with faded gilt lettering and beige and black design to upper board. Boards grubby, extremities rubbed, lower corners bumped. Tanned edges, light spotting to top edge and rear endpapers. Else, a clean, tight copy of this very rare title. In Russian and English. Includes, Bernard Shaw's O'Flaherty V.C. and The Music-Cure; Galsworthy's Hall-Marked and Punch and Go; O'Casey's Hall of Healing; and A. Sutro's The Man on the Kerb. Founded in 1931, the Moscow-based Progress Publishers was known for its English-language political titles, particularly its 'ABC' series on Soviet history and philosophy.
