A letter, typed on the author's letterhead, is taped onto the fep and SIGNED by the author. 30 pages of text, followed by 200 b/w plates, followed by 96 pages of Notes and Comments. Pages are all in excellent condition. Blue cloth over grey textured cloth. Gilt titles on the spine, gilt decoration on the upper cover. Light rubbing on the edges. Light wear on the corners. Yellow DJ with illustration and black titles. Light wear on the corners and edges. Two taped tears on the jacket. Beautiful book. VG+/VG-. First Edition. Hard Cover. VG+/VG-. 9 x 12.
