Facsimile reprint, small octavo, pp 213 & 70 pages period advertisements, the front endpaper slightly soiled and with a signature and date, otherwise clean internally, red cloth in a slightly worn and browned dustwrapper. [Published by The Homeland Association Ltd - the title page has their new address pasted over the old, 37 & 38 Maiden Lane, Covent Garden. The verso of the title page has an editorial note saying input from readers would be welcomed "with a view to making future Edition".
