Gremese International, 1996. Hardcover. Very Good/Good. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall. Very nice copy. Jacket shows minor signs of shelf wear around edges, spine. Some scuffing, but still very glossy. Cover itself like new. Pages clean, yellowing at edges. Illustrations unaffected. Binding tight.
