Pen markings to front pastedown. Front free endpaper is missing. Binding remains firm. Boards have mild edge-wear with slight rubbing to surfaces and bumping to corners. Gilt lettering is darkened. Minor splits to spine ends and corners causing cloth to be frayed. Visible wear marks to boards.

Boards and spine have minimal shelf-wear, with mild corner bumping and crushing to ends. Spine is severely sunned. Light rubbing and scuffing overall, with visible marking also. Gilt remains bright. Book has a slight forward lean.
