The text is illustrated with the occasional black-and-white photograph. 1/4 burgundy coloured cloth covered back strip with gilt coloured titles. 3/4 burgundy coloured boards with gilt coloured titles to the front panel. Colour illustrated dustwrapper with pale green and white coloured titles to the front panel and back strip.
