New York: Viking Press, 1951. Revised and Expanded Edition. Hardcover. Near fine/very good. hardcover, 322 pages. Warmly INSCRIBED and signed by Cowley on the front endpaper in June, 1951. Bump to top corner of front cover, some wear to the spinal extremities, still a lightly used near fine copy with clean text and tight binding in a very good dust jacket (spine lightly sunned, some minor edgewear, else bright). Protected in a mylar cover.
Synopsis
Malcolm Cowley (1898–1989) a leadiing literary figure of his time, wrote numerous books of literary criticism, essays, and poetry.
