This copy has been signed by the printer / designer, Lawton Kennedy. This is a trade sized paperback book. The book is in Very Good condition and was issued without a dust jacket. The spine ends and corners of the book covers have some very beginning wear and rubbing. The text pages are clean and bright. This copy has been signed, with an inscription, on the reverse of the front endpaper, by the designer / printer, Lawton Kennedy. "Hearst Castle is a National Historic Landmark and California Historical Landmark mansion located on the Central Coast of California, United States. It was designed by architect Julia Morgan, between 1919 and 1947, as a residence for newspaper magnate William Randolph Hearst, who died in 1951. In 1954 it became a California State Park. The site was opened to visitors in 1958." (from Wikipedia) .
