Full red morocco with gilt rule and debossed particulars to spine. 5 raised bands. Gilt inner dentelles; marbled endpapers. Fine binding by W. Pratt, stamped on bottom interior edge of front board. All edges gilt. Hors textes plates throughout, some of which are hand-colored. Illustrations throughout text as well. Some spotting to boards and abrasion to top edge of back board (see image). 343 pp. 5 3/4 x 9 inches.
