Cambridge: John Hayes (Printer) & George Sawbridge, 1681. Full-Leather. Good+. Title continues "Convocations of theirs, in the Year of Our Lord, 1562, and 1604." Title Page Dated 1681. The Preface, by Thomas Rogers. is addressed to Richard, Archbishop of Canterbury, and Dated 1607. This unnumbered Preface occupiues 32 Pages. Followed by "The Constitution and Canons Ecclesiastical, Anno 1604 (1 page). Next comes a contents page "The Titles of the Thitry Nine Pages. 232 Pages (the last page is missing). Contemporary Brown leather cover with 4 Raised Bands to spine. 8" Tall, 420g. A few small pieces of leather missing, particularly at top fore corners on front and back (about 1/2" x 1/2"). Modern piece of white paper fixed in place of the original Endpaper, with an illustrated Bookplate. Antique inscription relating to the Library at Church Town on blank preliminary page. No other inscriptions. Slight age darkening to paper. Only a very occasional small spot of foxing. Text block firm. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall
