No bumping, fraying or wear. Binding is tight and square, hinges are sound. Slight browning to endpapers; no names, writing or bookplates. All pages are clean and unmarked. 754 pages with Index. Jacket has slight fading to spine, no chips, slight wear at corners; enclosed in new archival quality removable mylar cover. A wonderful book of story-telling poems, from The Charge of the Light Brigade to The Shooting of Dan McGrew and Lady Godiva's Ride -- all arranged by subject area such as Tragedy, Ships and the Sea, Love and Romance, America, etc..
