Second printing of this scarce and comprehensive work on embroidery, crochet, knitting, needlework, beading, and much more for women and homemaking. Published during the Victorian era, this book served as a guide in providing new, beautiful and inexpensive items for the home. Book was first published in conjunction with the World's Columbian Exposition in Chicago in 1893, and was dedicated to Mrs. Potter Palmer, its President Board of Lady Managers. Remarkable condition for its age.
