San Francisco: Grabhorn Press, for Ransohoffs, 1938. First edition. Cloth. Very Good. Folio, printed cloth with 1/4 leather, pp. unnumbered, color wood engraving by Mallette Dean. Edition of 200 copies. White leather a bit rubbed and yellowed, magazine clipping mounted on title page. A cancelled envelope bearing King Edward VIII postage stamps is laid in, and three more stamps have been affixed to three pp.
