Paul Hater, an international jewel thief, is sentenced to 20 years in Belmore State Prison Farm, Louisiana, for trying to dispose of a necklace belonging to the Chittabad Collection. He refuses to say where the rest of the collection is. As he gets closer to the time of being released he is kidnapped from prisoner by ruthless gang determined to find the jewels themselves.
