The Typophiles and Oxford University Press, 1951. First edition. Hardcover. Near Fine. 4 3/4 inches x 7 1/4 in., title-page with device in red; 49+pp. + printer's colophon page. "A Note on this Edition", by Paul A. Bennett. Reproduces type faces, printing specimens, including woodcut initials, type flowers and music type of the 17th & 18th centuries. This is the full cloth binding found only on the copies for The Typophiles Book is near fine, just a little darkening to the end blanks. Nice copy. No DJ, as issued.
