New York: William Morrow. Very Good in Good dust jacket. 1969. Hardcover. Spine is bumped and top edges of pages are very dirty. Book itself is clean and tight. Dust jacket is insect damaged on the folds and edges with dirty spots and chipping. No big tears. .
