Variant with "l" in "loose" missing on p. 67. xxi, [iii], 167 pp. with 36 plates. Bound in publisher's pebbled cloth stamped in silver, lacking the dust jacket. Near Fine with slight rubbing along spine, bit of foxing along top edge, bit of a crease to spine. An influential guide that transformed the world of birding, bringing its joys to the layman.
