"A fifth collection of eighty ink drawings in the English Lake District", and the final volume in the Lakeland Sketchbook series by Alfred Wainwright (1907-91).
Hardback - grey cloth with title in gilt to spine and front board, in dustwrapper priced £1.05 to flap in script style. [Not Numbered]pp, including b/w illustrations. Size 7 x 9.5 inches approx. (181mm x 242mm).
Light wear and rubbing to dustwrapper; sunned and age toned; a touch dusty in places; a few short edges tears with neat pasted paper repairs to verso. Cloth clean and bright. Pages a little age toned, occasional dustiness or handling mark, but generally clean throughout.
Overall, a particularly nice, clean copy.
