Produced as a fundraiser for the Eisenhower Medical Center in Rancho Mirage, California.. Octavo, 272pp. Red leatherette, title in gilt on spine. All edges gilt, silk bookmark. From a limited edition of 1000 copies, this being number 45, with previous owners name on front cover. Includes publisher's illustrated slipcase. Inscribed on the title page: "Happy Memories, Dolores Hope," and "Best wishes - Betty Ford." This cookbook is a collection of 400 recipes from notable contributors, with military, political and personal connections to the Eisenhower family.
