Signed and inscribed in beautiful penmanship by MacDonald on endpaper, "Hilliard Wholton: When life is discordant may you find in these pages the harmony of song. Wilson MacDonald March 17th 1938". Tight binding. No chips, tears, creases on pages. Light edgewear on edges of dust jacket. Dust jacket is not price-clipped and has a scrape on spine. Red coverboards with gilt embossed lettering.
